I've lived in Thailand for the past 8 years and on Koh phangan island for the past 5 years. Before that I was an IT guy in Northern California for 20 years. These days I help people understand what is in the way of their freedom through conscious communication (based on the Nonviolent Communication - NVC - model). I offer coaching and counseling for couples and singles. As well as teach workshops and offer mediation between couples, friends, families, ex-parners, business associates. I love sports, travel, movies, books, learning, growing, dancing, swimming, bicycling and Padel Tennis.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm going on a long travel journey and friends told me they were using it and loving meeting local folks. Seems so much more connecting then staying alone in hotels. I want to meet locals, learn about local cultures, get to know new people, make friends.

I love french music from the 70s and 80s. I love trance, psytrance. beatles, disco, pop music. I love all movies, dramas, thrillers, comedies, romance. I love science fiction books: philip k dick. robert silverberg, Robert Sheckley. Also michael connelly.
