It's quite amazing to experience how humans talk more open and personal being naked. To be nude together creates a very relaxed atmosphere where you are free to be yourself and have nothing to hide or to be ashamed of.

Social nudity or naturism teaches us a lot about body positivity and helps us loving ourselves the way we are.

Nudism is a live setting which means that there is no shame feeling. Beeing naked with others is a feeling of freedom and goes together with acceptance, respect and positive body awarness.
