About Me

Hey! I'm Bhavya, a curious soul from Gujarat, India — currently preparing for my CA finals and planning a much-needed solo escape budget backpack trip to South India after my exams from 20th Jan to 20th Feb.

I’m someone who loves meaningful conversations, quiet nature spots, long walks, and discovering the deeper layers of life through travel. Spiritually inclined, I’m drawn to places with a story, energy, or soul — whether it’s a quiet hill station or a lively cultural town.
I believe in slow, mindful travel, connecting with locals, and experiencing life from different angles. Couchsurfing, to me, isn’t just about a stay — it’s about exchanging perspectives and creating human moments that leave a mark. I love to do new activities with hosts and explore new places and try out their local cuisine. If someone knows the place that it's the people living there.

I may seem quiet at first, but once I open up, I love diving deep into topics like philosophy, astrology, self-growth, movies, music, books, or even sharing a simple laugh over coffee. Looking forward to learning from the journeys and people I meet along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here to experience local life, nature and culture and not for cheap stay.

I'm looking to get in touch with travel community and find some ppl on my solo travel journey.

I went to Google and searched for places to travel in Surat(and I'm from Surat)... The places that Google suggested was nothing worth seeing. Being a local in Surat, I know and I can guide people for what all you should do when coming here. So I believe it's the locals who are best guides and unless and until you mesmerize yourself in the culture of the place you are traveling to, is it really a travel?

Interests

I like exploring new things and meeting new people.

It's actually really sad that there are so many amazing and interesting people on couchsurfing but due to time and everything even tho I'm travelling to a place, I can only meet 2-3 fellows on this journey at a time and sometimes I can only meet with 1 person. So it's a vast and long life and let's enjoy every bit of it every second that we are blessed to live.
