To enjoy Manali to its fullest while meeting beautiful people around the world and of course to help them as much as I can.

ABOUT ME

I am a friendly, caring, helpful guy. I love to host people and show them around the town I love so much. Whether its exploring the country side, heading into the mountains or getting the best masala tea and samosas in town, I'm up for it. I have plenty of free time to kick back and enjoy Manali.

I normally live in a small village just outside of Khajuraho, on my family's farm. Ours is a simple but happy family: my mother and father, my brother and his wife, two other brothers and I. We have several animals: water buffalo, goats, cows, a couple cats and some dogs ( at the time of this writing, one of our dogs just gave birth to a litter of 6 puppies). We have fields of wheat and mixed sow and mustard. You can discover many native plants - plants used to make local dyes, balance the soil, feed the body and spirit. There is even a tree (mulhwa), that has so many life sustaining properties. (I am sure that there is a botanist out there who would be interested to see just how many different - yet undiscovered - products this tree might provide.)

I spend summers in my familys house in Manali. It is the best place to spend the summers in India. Join me here for trekking.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have little official couchsurfing experience but I have hosted countless travelers in my homestead farm houses and in Manali.
