About Me

Meet new people, see amazing places and enjoy my life!

Always in travel!

Spontaneus and creative. Kind-hearted and always ready to help. Well organized and diligent. Well-educated. Open-minded. Impatient... Positive, full of energy and hungry for adventures!

I'm a citizen of the world.

I don't consider myself very special but for sure I'm not just an ordinary girl. I like people and I like when people like me. I love helping and I still believe that selfless kindness exists. Recently, due to CS, I realised that I didn't go wrong.

I study culturology and slavic languages (czech, croatian, serbian) and I'm crazy about foreign languages in general! I love to speak with people in their language, understand what happens around me on the street when I'm abroad. I love the feeling that being in a different country I can seat in the coffee house and read a newspaper. No rush. No pression. Just me and some letters. Words. Flowing slowly to my brain.

I hate the globalization and anglicisms everywhere, because it makes unique cities, remarkable places all the same. Almost nothing is extraordinary now. Only nautre can still surprise me and take my breath away.

That is why I love other cultures. Other people. Languages. Diversity. Differences. All shapes and colors. I know that I can't learn all languages that exist and if I don't want to be limited and meet people from all over the world and get to know something about their culture I have to use english, but fortunately there are still a lot of places where are no iPhones and McDonald's.

Seneka told that our life consist of three parts: the past, the present and the future. We cannot be sure of the past, we haven't command over present and only future depends on us. So we should make use of it. :-) Impossible is nothing!

Who doesn't have anything - doesn't lose anhything. In my life I try to follow this philosophy.

La casa e dove si trova il mare! :) (Home is, where the sea is)

Still not enough. There are still so many places to discover... The world stands wide open!

Foreign languages, linguistics, climbing, canoeing, yoga, horse riding, baking, eating what I baked (maybe even more this part :D), parties with friends and of course travelling.

Music, Movies & Books

Generally, I'm not that type of person who has to listen to the music every single day. I also don't watch many movies. I don't need it that much. Sometimes I need silence, some other time I have to go the city center to sink into deep noise and to not think about all the problems around me.

I like REGGAE. This music helped me in very hard moment in my life and helped me to appreciate my life.
What's more... recently, I fell in love with FADO! I absolutely adore this music. And i like LATIN music, like salsa, reggaeton, samba, bolero etc. Sometimes rock, sometimes jazz...all depends of my mood.

Besides, I can listen to every kind of music, I have no sound barrier and I don't like people who listen only to the one kind of music and disqualify other people just because of the fact that they like another one.

If we talk about books - I can read absolutely everything - from Arystoteles, Cortazar to Harry Potter, because I don't really care about the content, I just like the action of reading. But I really enjoy reading travel books and guide books.

One Amazing Thing I've Done

A lot of... I used to be very shy, distant, reserved and full of neurosis. I didn't go out very often and used to shun other people. But one day I decided to change this monotonous life and I started to speak with people, cause I realised how many things I miss. And every day I'm getting stronger and stronger and I'm gaining a courage, I'm getting more confidence, because I have only one life and I want to take it by the handful! Now I'm very open for other people, crazy, spontaneous and unpredictible - sometimes I can't believe I'm the same person as I was few years ago. I think that is the most amazing thing I did - I exchanged my boring life for an amazing one :-)

Night of falling stars in Positano...

I'm double Erasmus student! I did it last year and this year I'm an Erasmus for the second time! :D
