我做过的一件不可思议的事情

It depends of the concept of "Amazing" that each person has. I like enjoy every single instant of my life; so, for me an amazing thing could be admiring the sunshine and the sunrise, drinking a good glass of wine, tasting a piece of chocolate, eating Mexican food (now that I'm far away from home, it has became one of the most amazing things haha), listening music I like, and so many other things.
But if there's one amazing thing that I've done, I do, and I'll still doing, is traveling. Until now I've done it alone, almost all the times, and it's great!

There's one more thing, it is not something that I've done, but it is an amazing thing that I've felt, and I think all people should feel it. It is an instantaneous happiness, and I love it. It happens suddenly, you feel in peace, and you feel that everything surrounding you is perfect, that's definitely an amazing feeling.
