ABOUT ME

I studied development studies (economic/community) and Spanish at Appalachian State to join the millions of students of the humanities who learned how to live, but deemed unworthy for most jobs outside of food service. Here I am, though, living away in South America and enjoying the hell out of it. I'm always trying to plug into whatever community is around and run away to nature when I can. I'm looking forward to meeting all of you folks, and I can't wait to cook, hike, climb, drink and dance with you!

PHILOSOPHY

At the ripe old age of 22 my personal philosophy is far from fully formed, but for the sake of the surfing description I'll say I'm an agnostic and a humanist. Be well because it treats you well, do good because it'll do you good. Traveling has taught me more about our similarities than our differences.

I'm new to the site and am only just starting to use it to travel, but I lived in a house with other surfers and we had the occasional guests.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I can't say anything I've done is truly amazing. I've travelled a fair amount around Europe, Hong Kong, the USA, and now South America. I've been rock climbing and skiing in beautiful places. I've met amazing people, tasted amazing food, had amazing friends, heard amazing music...

I'm a big conversationalist. Whether we're talking politics, love, religion etc. I'll sit down with anyone willing to discuss the questions that never have one, real answer.
