Hi, I'm Robert and i'm a carpenter from Nottingham, England. In October 2015 i set off on my travels and haven't looked back. I've been funding my way through this by finding work as and when i can. In between paid work I have been volunteering and certainly find this the most fulfilling, if i could live without money, i would. I get a lot of satisfaction from: 1. Music and film 2. Running and exercising. 3. Living a healthy lifestyle 4. Hanging out with friends 5. Travelling and attending festivals

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I've joined CS to hopefully add some more fun into my travelling as i seem to bounce around a lot so would love to add to these experiences by doing CS and while meeting some amazing people and making loads of new friends.
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Roald Dahl, Irvine Welsh, Niall Griffiths, Music: I love Folk, Blues, Country. I'm OK playing a guitar, mostly the quiet singer / songwriter / americana / alt-country stuff. If i could only listen to one band though for the rest of my life it would have to be: Nirvana Movies: Kubrick, Hitchcock, Ridley Scott, Christopher Nolan.
