About Me

Hey there! It's always so hard to describe yourself. Well, one thing, I'm always changing. There's always some new fascinating aspect of life that catches my attention. I love to learn new things, go on adventure, read, write, go bouldering and, not the least, running.

Life usually drags me from place to place, it feels like. One moment I'm enjoying the working life here in the Netherlands. At other times, I need some crazy adventure to fill me with refreshed joy. So, I cycled to Turkey. I lived without a home for one year. I literally sold ‘bags of air’ in Ibiza.

I would love to get to know about your adventures!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music, like most people, it depends on my mood. Big fan of rock & punk, but highly keen to play some classical, hiphop, country, jazz… favourite band remains: The Doors.

Movies: '2001: A space oddysey', 'Into the Wild' and probably 'Hair'.

Books: 'Born to Run' by Christopher McDougall

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycling from the Netherlands to Turkey.

Selling 'bags of air' in Ibiza.

Living without a house for one year.

Teach, Learn, Share

From what people tell me, I know a lot of random facts about a lot of different stuff. I love to dig deep inside philosophical debates and try to see if we can find some truth.

Also, I’m working as a freelancer now for almost ten years. In this period I gained a lot of experience and lessons about running your own business and dealing with uncertainty.

And if you’re into running… let’s go.

Oh and last but not least, I’ve been experimenting lots with modern tech and AI. Always great to share what that journey has brought me so far. All hopeful as dystopian included.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My cooking skills, deep philosophical talks and workouts. (And some people enjoyed my (Dutch) tidiness.)

Countries I’ve Visited

Albania, Australia, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States
