I have been in Washington State for the past few months and now I am going to take the next 20-25 days to make my way back to Louisville, Kentucky. I will be traveling by myself and will be looking for hosts in Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Canada (Vancouver, Victoria), Salt Lake City, Denver, Kansas City, and any midwest cities between.

I love all people from all backgrounds and experiences. I love our beautiful earth and all the life habituating on it. I am very open-minded and believe we can learn from every person we meet!

兴趣

I like to write, read, and create at my own home. I love to travel and to shoot 35 mm film photography. I love to go to art galleries and love culture in general. I currently am involved in work for two arts non-profits. I love urban scenes as well as remote backwoods country. I love festivals and events. I spend a lot of days in Louisville hiking through it's numerous surrounding trails and exploring it's beautiful landscape. I regularly go camping and take road trips often to explore places I have never been to.

I graduated from college with a degree in English Lit and Writing and Women's Studies.
I love all I can get my hands on to read but have a background in poetry, ethnic/indigenous, minority, and counter-culture literature.
My favorite authors are an endless list but to name a few.... Audre Lorde, Merce Rodoreda, Diane di Prima, Frank Stanford, Richard Brautigan, Gloria Anzaldua, Toni Morrison, Vi Khi Nao, Ocean Vuong, and many many more.

I live in the heart of Old Louisville. This is about 5 minutes from the University and 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ohio River. My house is also close to main areas of night life in the city like the Highlands.
Our bus system here is very easy to use and I also have a bike you can borrow if I am not using it :)

I have two couches available in my living room I can offer. I have three cats who are very friendly.
