HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host for 6 months of the year and I surf for a few months as fortunately I am now semi-retired (but not retiring :-).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's simply a great idea! I've hosted several sets of people and it's been very interesting! Very worth while. I've also benefitted from being hosted by, and getting to know, some great people.

Music - most things from classical to rock (maybe not Death Punk Thrash Metal) but I listen mainly to MOR stuff like Fleetwood Mac, the Stones, Blues, Soul and Jazz.

Sky-dived over Lake Taupo; white water rafted around Victoria Falls; canoed for 4 days down the Zambezi; got lost in Kakadu; helped conserve turtles in Costa Rica; dived in Antigua.
