CURRENT MISSION I can feel it but it is difficult to express in words. ABOUT ME I am a quiet person and a scientist by nature. One of the better, if not necessarily the most exciting, guests you will have :) I was born in Virginia, grew up there, went to school in California and Maryland. Left academia for the practical world at age 26. Still finding my place in it, with accelerating speed as I age, I am happy to report. PHILOSOPHY I'm here to contribute. Period.

My Interests
I'm interested in anything that relates to my mission in life, which I can often feel but am hard pressed to state in words. In my free time (what little there is) I enjoy playing basketball and writing letters. Mathematics and science are also lifelong companions, for good and ill.
