Hello!

I'm Bryan. I'm originally from Portland, OR and I currently live in Berlin, Germany as a freelance artist and musician. I enjoy spending my time in the company of good people playing music, writing, recording, learning new things, traveling and meeting new people and having adventures around the world. I live to play music, sing and write songs, live in good health, (acro) yoga, running, reading, friendship, also improving my spanish / german overall improving my language skills. I studied journalism in college and enjoy the art of storytelling. I'm always down for new experiences, good food, simple pleasures and friendship. My heart and joy is in the music - this is my way of life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Made my way across the US and back through couchsurfing in 2010-2012. CS in Europe and met some great people. I hosted for 2 months in Nashville.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: So much.. I like it all...
Books: Mark Twain, Bukowski, Hunter S. Thompson and any great story teller. Kerouac, or Henry Miller, sometimes I read Hemingway or Tolstoy, maybe Raymond Carver or Sylvia Plath and other famous female novelists. I like to read books on history, science, religion , biographies.
Movies: The book of Eli, Good Will Hunting, Big Lebowski, Dazed and Confused, Billy Madison, Braveheart

I can teach some things I've learned about music, guitar, singing, and harmonica. I can also teach yoga or things related to movement - balance - body control, or breath which I practice every day.

I'd like to continue to learn languages, philosophy, cooking, dancing, film, history, craftsmanship and anything interesting / intellectually stimulating.
