I'm an elementary (grade 5) teacher in Texas. I love having summers off because I love traveling. I spent summer 2015 riding the eurail thru Europe - mostly solo. I came back summer 2016 to finish some of what I started or missed the last time! it's been great revisiting a region, but already having local friends to show me around or enjoy time with.
