CURRENT MISSION

To enjoy this world we've been blessed with, to see/experience as much of it as I can, to meet people, learn new things, see new places and share experiences with others and to do all this while serving God and showing His love to others.

ABOUT ME

I'm up for anything that gets me outdoors. I'm always up for meeting new people or for trying something new (how can you not try something at least once?) I enjoy not having to rush and being on my own schedule (that last part doesn't happen as much as I'd prefer.) I cook when I'm home in time to cook. I like to read and I read everything from the super serious to the paperback mystery novel, the Bible, magazines, industry stuff, the backs of cereal boxes, etc. I love to mountain bike, run, kayak, backpack, camp, rock climb, ski, wake board and snowboard and I'm learning to long board. I have a dog who enjoys doing most of that stuff with me. I have a house and a housemate, his dog, my dog, some fish and a couple of chickens in the backyard. I enjoy sitting around and talking with friends over beer or coffee or food (or maybe all those things combined.) I love sports and tailgating for football games (or basketball or baseball or maybe a cricket match or anything else you can tailgate for). I think I do my best thinking (and sometimes my best listening to God) late at night, taking my dog for a walk. I really enjoy photography. I've been incredibly blessed in this life with good friends and family and want to do the best I can to honor God with all I have.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's always nice to have a couch to crash on in a new city. I think I get a lot more out of the experience than I would staying in a hotel.
