I'm a 80 year old man who loves hosting Couchsurfers and have had around 600 guests and have loved every minute!

I've been in Wellington since 2018 and know about a few places to visit.

I value providing a warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I'm based in a suburb called Tawa, it's a great neighbourhood with a village feel and easy access to the Kapiti coast and the city.

I love country and old time music. I enjoy a wide range of books but generally enjoy a good mystery or action novel.
I watch a wide genre of movies including foreign films, action, and romcoms.
One of my favorite films is The Notebook and one of my favourite actors is John Wayne.

Traveled to the US to rebuild an old house. While there I visited the Grand Canyon but thought Bryce Canyon was far more impessive!
