Hey! My name is Caitlin. I live in Gainesville, Florida and help do research on mobile farmer's markets in food deserts around Florida. I lived in Taiwan for about a year. I'm just trying to see as much of the world as possible and meet as many interesting people as possible!

I love to read, and I enjoy traveling so so much. I want to see the world. I'm also very interested in politics and political opinions of everyone in the globalized world we live in today. Let me know what you think! I also love cooking and EATING. I'm a vegan so that has forced me to get creative on many of my eating in a different country and cooking exploits, and I enjoy a good time out with some friends as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the fireworks this New Years Eve at Taipei 101 is definitely up there. Climbing trees and participating in a drum circle in the middle of the night in Florida, and absolutely losing it dancing at one of my friend's shows fit pretty firmly in the second and third category.
