Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I think it provides a platform where one moves from being a Tourist to being a Traveler. Couchsurfing breaks down the barriers that Hotels and organized Tours create and allows one to submerge into the daily lives and traditions of the countries you visit. I look forward to great friendships and once in a life time encounters.
