Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

First solo traveled when I was 18 and I’ve had so many adventures!!! I would say one of my most life-changing experiences was the week-long silent meditation retreat (no talking, no screens, no reading!) I did at a Buddhist monastery in Thailand 🥰 It changed my world!
