ABOUT ME

I am a constant optimist. I love reading, meditating, observing and having various immersive life experiences.
I like traveling and meeting people from all walks of life, l love nature and animals.

I like cooking and have worked as a volunteer cook in a Zen temple for more than a year. I can share the things I’ve learned and heard there.

I’ve lived and studied both in China and the UK and am currently working in Sydney, Australia. I’m busy from Monday to Friday, during weekends, I spend most of my time in a temple to practice meditation.

PHILOSOPHY

Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.
