Overview
About Me
I’m a curious wanderer with a love for Buddhist philosophy, cognitive science, Taoism and quiet reflection. I currently live and work in Melbourne, balancing a busy weekday life with spontaneous weekends — sometimes meditating, sometimes reading, sometimes just following where the day leads.
I’ve lived in various cities in different countries over the years, and each place has shaped how I see life, cultures, ideas, and disciplines, etc. I care deeply about how people think, feel, suffer, and grow, and how we can find clarity amidst complexity.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, cooking, and walking in nature. I’ve volunteered as a temple cook in the past, and I still believe preparing food mindfully is a form of meditation. I love meeting people with thoughtful minds, open hearts, and stories to share — not just to pass time, but to understand what it means to be alive in this world.
If you’re also on a journey inward, or just appreciate a good conversation beyond the surface, I’d love to connect.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I like meeting new people as every person is a chance to learn something new from and also learn about them. Talking and having a nice fulfilling chat makes me happy.
