ABOUT ME

I am a vegetarian, I'm politically active,and traveling has always been a huge part of my life. I plan to travel with my best friend Christi, we both have a great sense of humor and are adventurous and considerate.

PHILOSOPHY

I support equality, I don't tolerate racism, sexism, classism etc. I like to solve problems from a sociological standpoint, I think effective and compassionate communication could probably save the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd eventually like to host surfers, and hopefully do some couch surfing myself later this year. Humor is a key component in my home, we laugh a lot. We're all a bit eccentric in our own ways. I'm not a sports guru or hiker or anything, but I could show you some cool local shops and eateries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to a naked punk rock show in the middle of the street during Portland's naked bike ride. I drove from Portland to Washington DC for a protest. I watched a meteor shower at the Gorge.

Teach, Learn, Share

Always keep your blankets dry. Driving through Nebraska is torture. Wear comfortable shoes. ALWAYS keep a sweater and a clean pair of socks. Be considerate to peoples feelings. Respect everything, even if others don't. Avoid watching Fox News. Keep questioning.
