ABOUT ME

global nomad since birth as i grew up between Italy and Germany, cycling from Germany to Portugal with a mountain bike at age 18, staying in a remote community without electricity or running water, since 2001 predominantly in Asian countries, especially Thailand and China, as i can study more about meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and luckily also had the chance to offer my skills as an instructor and consultant for Spa resorts, Detox centers, Yoga studios and private students

i would love to teach more people the healing aspects of all taoist practices, like tai chi, qi gong, nei gong, meditation and breathing . . .. same goes for my interest to learn about these things more and more, i am always open for new approaches and methods. please feel free to contact me . ..
