I am loving every moment of this wonderful experience on Earth and very grateful to be here at this very time in history. Life has been a very flavorful adventure with many twists and turns. Amazing, challenging and delicious. I am a Yesman.

* Family immigrated from former Soviet Union (Uzbekistan) to Sacramento, California at the age of 12 -- have been exposed to a variety of cultures, social classes and world-views.

* Bought 10 houses "no money down" to flip but lost most of them to foreclosure from inexperience and market crash.

* Authored a popular blog "I am Facing Foreclosure" in 2006-07. As a result met Robert Kiyosaki and appeared on the Dr. Phil show and a bunch of other media.

* Failed ("forward") at more businesses and online ventures than most people I know.

* Have experienced both the excitement of marriage and the depression of divorce. I value ALL relationships now.

* The past is glorious history, the future is a wonderful mystery and the "present" is a precious GIFT ~
