Hi CSer !!

Welcome on my profile; I'm not so good to give a full description, (it is quite difficult to write about yourself in a few lines) but let's say that i am better in talk...!

What am I looking for in CouchSurfing ? Well, I always want to meet new people, and this sounds like a really exciting way to do that and to create meaningful connections around the globe.

Concerning myself I currently live close to the capital of Lower Normandy: Caen which is a nice city close to the beach & D-Day sites. I orignally come from the south-west of France (Toulouse); and people always ask me: "why the hell did you move on the north in this rainy area.. ?" Ha ha..

Ok, concerning Normandy:
Lower Normandy is considered as a nice place to visit for its life's quality, and more generally for the seashore and our beautiful beaches. It is also a perfect opportunity to visit the D-Day (2nd World War) related famous places (Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, Memorial Museum in Caen, ...)

I will be very happy to visit with you the best sightseeing and, if you want also, the nightlife in my city which is really good.

Cooking is also one of my best favourite hobby, so come, take a seat and let's share experience!

In any cases, don't be shy and come up with smile ;-)

Here below is the recipe of "Embuscade" - this is a Caen Special Cocktail (put in following order in your glass):
- Grenadine Sirup (spoon)
- 20% calvados
- 30% White Wine (bad one if possible ;-) )
- Lemon (zest)
- 50% beer

If you come in Caen, you will have the opportunity to try it in all the city...Enjoy !

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Some nice CS experiences:
- Couchsurfed in canada during 6 days and 5 couchsurfers...so good, something that I would like to do again in Australia/NZ, or in South America

- Couchsurfed in Ireland with 10 others couchsurfers from around the world during one crazy night.

- Stayed in a English college as couchsurfer but also as english teacher for Chinese students. Really nice thing to do if you pass by China

- Hosted by a bedouin in Petra in his cave in the nature. Unique experience outside the touristic highway!
