I’m Cata, an Argentinian Yoga Teacher and Scuba Diving Instructor. I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, but living currently in a small island lost in the Caribbean Sea, called Roatan, in Honduras.

Left my town in 2019 and traveled around Australia for almost three years, Europe multiple times, and now on the island ✨ but feeling like is time to move on, so I’m coming back to Buenos Aires to recharge some energy 🥰

I love the sea, the water, the creatures of the ocean, the colors, the textures, the pressure surrounding me, the darkness, the depth, the silence, the bubbles 🌊🧜🏽‍♀️🐋

I love to move my body and search for new places within me. Exploring my own blueprint, moving is like speaking. Trusting my structure, muscles, joints, my base 🌀🐉🔥

Music and live concerts, books and movies, wildlife, dancing, conservation, deep convos, outdoors of any kind, being ridiculous and laughing a lot!

So hopefully we’ll get to meet each other and make a beautiful connection that otherwise wouldn’t be possible without CS 🫶🏾

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Diving and being close to big big animals like Whale Shark, Sharks or Manta Ray. Being on top of the Andes mountains (Patagonia).

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Sharing a vegetarian meal over a wine or a beer, and talk for hours about life. Going for walks in the city or nature (at any time haha), practice some handstands or yoga. Also we could share some silence :)

A yoga or handstand class, massages, veggie meal, deep talks, some laughs and exploring the place together.
