I'm currently road tripping Canada and the west coast of America in a dodge caravan with my partner Leigh. We built a bed in the back and have drove all through the Rocky Mountains and British Colombia including Vancouver island.
We're currently sojourning south on the pacific highway to LA and plan to visit Las Vegas before heading back up north through Utah, Inland Oregon ending in Vancouver. In November we're flying to Australia and will also visit New Zealand. The trip ends in January.
We're very outdoorsy people and love to hike, bike, ski and snowboard. We both enjoy sports, I play netball for a club back home in England and Leigh loves snowboarding and getting out on his road bike. We both love to try new things and are open to most challenges.
I've been on a lot of holidays but this is the first time we've "travelled" I've taken a 6 month sabbatical from work and Leigh is a self employed carpenter. He has a working visa for Canada and will be looking to start work there in January once we've finished our travels. Our dream would be to move there eventually as the lifestyle suits us perfectly.
The best experiences we've had on this trip have been meeting new interesting people and taking advice from the locals on what to do off the beaten track.

I love all kinds of music. Anything you can dance to really. Pop, reggae, hip hop, soul, blues, nothing too heavy. I love to read, real life stories are my preference but I often read fiction too. I'm not a huge movie fan, I don't watch a lot of Tv either as I'm outdoors most of the time.
