satan! ups, I meant saitan....
I am not fond of self-descriptions but here's an attempt:
I try to be an open-minded, easy-going vegan anarchist. This implies for me a strong commitment to anarchist/autonomist principles such as equality and liberty. Further I am very interested in traveling and music, which is one of my great passions. I try to be an active member of my community and to enact positive change however small it may be. Finally, I study philosophy because I take great pleasure in intellectual pursuit.
scepticism towards authority, traditions, institutions
live and let live
don't hurry, be happy
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I try my best!
I found out about couchsurfing in San Francisco, where I coincidentally met some couchsurfers, who introduced me to it.. Since then, I couchsurfed in California, and different places in Europe. I started hosting people when I moved to NZ, which is at least as exciting as couchsurfing. Through couchsurfing I met heaps of awesome people and I never had a bad experience. Interestingly I have not couchsurfed in NZ because everybody knows people all over the country here.
music - playing, listening, going to/playing/organizing shows
philosophy - especially political philosophy, political theory but not limited to these subtopics
politics - autonomy & grassroots political organizing, political acts in everyday life, political beauty
and lots of other things which can also be summarized as "stuff"
Music, Movies, and Books
mostly hardcore and emo these days I suppose, but I enjoy a vast variety of different music as long as I can find passion and authenticity in it.
brave new world, the old man and the sea, waiting for godot, catch 22, on the road, Stiller, and lots of non-fiction
Writers: A.A. Poe, T. Hobbes, F. Dostoevsky, A. Camus and German writers like Brecht, Frisch, Böll and Andersch
I am not too much into movies, but I've seen a few though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I probably teach quite a few things:

I think this is quite hard to say. But I believe you eventually learn something from every person you met in life.
