ABOUT ME

Well hello !

This is so exciting! I'm a french canadian (Québec) and an allegedly nice person!

I'm an artist '' en devenir'' and I work in a great living arts center in Sherbrooke, Canada.

I'm a sensitive person since my first breath in this world. I had a terrible crise of juvenile arthritis at the age of 13. The past years i dedicated a lot of my time to take care of my mind, my heart and my body, trying to heal my many wounds and traumas.

I'm now in a place where i have more and more space inside of me to express myself and to live my life fully. A journey of discovery, healing and loving that will last til my last breath I hope.

What's important for me ? Caring and kindness. Love and laugh. Respect and communication. Fun and surprises. Contribution for a better world and inclusion. Rest and calm. Moving and dancing. PLaying and exploring.

I enjoy solitary time and also love connecting with people.

Somtimes I'm shy and need adaptation, but it is so important to me to be around people because i learn so much from it, it helps me to keep an open mind and heart and it leads to such adventures (littles ones and big ones).

I also like the idea that i can give all of that to other people! Reciprocity!

So! I love music ( I sing and play piano), dance, theatre, cinema and arts.

Emotional and relational intelligence, cousciousness, empathy and well being are so interesting ! Love to learn about !

I love biking, hiking, stretching, training and swiming. I like playing in general!

I do LOve pets, animals, nature, plants. I tend to eat plant base oriented.
