CURRENTLY LIVING IN LUND, SWEDEN!

New updates: I live with my partner and toddler. On most days, I work from home. I usually begin my day with silence-time and meditation which is a pre-requisite to my work as a mindfulness coach.

Toddler-centric household -
If you request to come over then please be aware that if you are a light sleeper then your sleep can be interrupted by a toddler waking up at night. And we follow a sleep schedule of making things calm and dark by 9ish pm on most days. Rest all is pretty comfortable!

We love good vegetarian food and usually have a meal to offer to our guests. My son loves to dance, so if you are into music, it is a definite plus with us ;)

Also, our entire residential complex is a strict no-smoking zone.

I love to connect: talk, listen and laugh. I am learning the skill of amusement, a really powerful skill in absurd situations.

Open to learning how to dance (salsa) these days. Teach me! (Infected by a Couchsurfer recently)

I am basically like Heidi (in a city)... love nature... willing to hibernate from the city every few days...

Have taken a couple of highly adventurous decisions in the past. I see myself as a hyper-active, hyper-imaginative and, yet deceptively calm being.

Have worked as a counselor since I was 18... counseling people twice as old as me, hidden behind the telephone because my job-giver believed in me rather than my age...

Since 2011, I have worked as an Assistant Professor at Delhi University. Too unconventional to fit in any bureaucratic set-up, I started my institute of experiential learning!

I started my institute of language and holistic learning (Perfect Life Spot) in 2011 where we try to make learning a life-relevant, awe-inspiring phenomenon. We teach life-skills that are not covered in formal curriculum.

In the past, surfers have stayed with me/visited me at the institute and shared skills, ideas, warmth and magic with students :)

Photographers, Teachers, Artists, Drummers, Cooks, Singers,Psychologists, Yoga Trainers and so many awesome skill-sharers have come along :)
