About Me
Someone who's interested in stories of others because they didn't get to write their own yet.
Someone who also speeds up when low on gas. So...
Currently I’ve just finished my Bachelor’s studies and am hopefully going to start my Master’s later this year. I don’t know where I will end up then but I know I’d like to host again at my new place (probably a small student residency room :D)
For my Surfers:
It’s not really possible for me to accept a request like a month in advance. It's better to ask one week or a day ahead (can be on the same day as well!) I’m a pretty busy with uni most of the time, so it might be that I already have plans when you ask one day before or on the same one. THOUGH chances may be that I can include you in those plans, so I can still host you. Don’t hesitate to ask! I really like hosting.
For my hosts:
I don’t bite, pinky swear!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A deep urge and desire to travel the world have built up. It's not one of the greedy kind but one that coats me. It captures everything that I wish people would more often face: communication, inquisitiveness, and love for what surrounds us.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like music that makes me feel good. The pureness of rhythm and melody. This simple trait is the reason why I tend to listen to a lot of different songs. There is a particular reason I say "songs" and not music in general because there is no such thing as a specific genre I could name you. It's just a song the world provides and I decide whether I like it or not.
Here some of my all-time favorites:
"Vois sur ton chemin" - from the movie "Les Choristes"
“The Look” - by Metronomy
“Come On Eileen” - by Dexys Midnight Runners
“Disparate Youth’ - by Santigold
“Sweet Home Chicago” - by Robert Johnson
“Howlin’ For You” - by The Black Keys
“Elvis Ain’t Dead” - by Scouting For Girls
“Gangsta’s Paradise” - by Coolio and L.V.
“Humming Bird” - by Alex Clare
“Hold My Hand” - by Laneous
But you can look up my Spotify as well, on there I have a ton of numbered playlists called „what I can recommend“ and well.... I can recommend!
As of TV-shows:
too many
...but also I watch a ton that I know aren’t actually good, that I enjoyed though!
movies I can recommend:
La Boom
Les Choristes
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
Get out
Triangle Of Sadness
Titane (bizarre hence not for everybody)
Beautiful Beings
Scrapper
Victoria
All of us strangers
Decision to leave
Kill Boksoon
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I honestly don’t know. Also what constitutes as amazing?
My answer of a couple of years ago was a bit pretentious :D Here it is:
I can't really remember. That's the problem. And therefore my goal is to experience life at such level, where I'm not able to overlook anything amazing ever again. There really isn't that one amazing thing I've done yet. Yet. I would love to not only do one amazing thing but one that is infinite. Let's go and try: experiencing and exploring every country and culture the earth has to offer.
Teach, Learn, Share
Let's find out what we'll have in common and what concepts we can learn about from one another!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my perspective on life and living as an individual trying to find purpose in life when really there is none.
My view is, as of right now, that the only purpose in life indeed is living.
But I don't think one's opinion is something as rigid.
What I can not share: how to play guitar, my underwear, japanese language skills
