My mission is to study, document and learn about culture, community, music and the arts wherever I go.

ABOUT ME

About me: I love life. I REALLY love it. It's an ever unfolding mystery and I continue to try to stay open to that mystery even when it's challenging! We just never really know what's possible unless we can be open!

I love music, and dancing even more. I'm a percussionist, used to write songs, but mostly now I dance. Salsa has taken over my life it seems. :) I've happily surrendered to the bliss.

I believe in communication as the pathway to understanding ourselves and each other. I also believe that everything that happens in our lives somehow is a reflection of our own inner journey and there to teach us what we need. Even the not fun stuff has merit as lessons and deserves our respect.

I'm a lot of fun, super clear and responsible and I'm intuitive enough to know when to disappear and give people their space. I'm new to couchsurfing but seems like it's worthy of exploration. I've certainly housed plenty of travelers myself.

I think a lot of it is above. I like to help, to serve and to be available for what's needed when it's needed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Used CS for the first time in Puerto Rico and had a great experience. Have found it to be an amazing community of like minded cool, hip folks who really know how to live life and enjoy sharing their home and cultures. I love it!

I'm learning new things since I've started to CS a little more. Learning that it's important to ask questions and state things up front to avoid long nights. :) Overall a postive cool experience and looking forward to more

Too many to list. I've been a traveler for many years. Most recently 2 months in Cuba, and 2 in Puerto Rico. Love ceremony and rituals of other religions and cultures... find it fascinating and profound to experience other systems and learn what's there to learn.
