It's time to move on! There's more perfection to be found! I can step into uncharted territory and relax for a while enjoing the freshness of an expanding mind.
If uncertainty is unacceptable for you, it turns into fear, if it is perfectly acceptable, it turns into creativity, alertness and increased aliveness!

ABOUT ME

What if you are contemplating to leave something that is perfectly good? A person, a job, a home? Why change something that isn't broken? Why head to the great unknown? "Remembering you are going to die is the best way to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose."
I found the perfect place now, the perfect beach, but I have a gypsy soul, it's time to move on!
I just left India, home for the last year and half, it's time to new discoveries, Central America and South America is calling me!!
Gratitude is my first thought of every morning.
I'm a Yoga teacher, Yin Yoga and Ashtanga is my practice, i can teach you ;)

PHILOSOPHY
With wholehearted practice comes inspiration, but sooner or later we will also encounter fear.
For all I know, when we get to the horizon, we are going to drop the edge of the world. Like all explorers, we are drawn to discover what's waiting out there without knowing yet if we have the courage to face it.
Step by step.
Things become very clear when there is nowhere to escape.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host people in my flat in Barcelona ( i used to live there a few years ago) but don't live there anymore, 10 years ago I left my home country ( Italy) to explore the world, i live travelling and working for hospitality and teaching Yoga. Now that i can't host people because basically i don't have a home, i only partecipate to CS meeting and events.
I just left India where is was studing Yoga and Ayurveda, and i'm now travelling to Central and South America!

Of course traveling! Yoga philosophy, meditation, Ayurveda therapies, skydiving, surfing, scubadiving, photography and recently learning snowboarding in New Zealand where i lived for 1 year.
