I’m currently living in New Orleans and am always looking for the next opportunity to travel and meet new people! I do travel some but due to work I’m not abroad as much as I used to be, and in my spare time I like to go boxing, biking and check out live music. I work in global ag trade (specifically grain commodity trading) and see my work and overall life as connecting people and bridging across differences. Couchsurfing to me is an ideal way to meet people outside your bubble and broaden perspective which I think is key!

I’m big on communication and planning, so would appreciate a bit of notice (preferably a week) before requesting. But please feel free to message me - I’m getting back into hosting after a few years off and look forward to getting back into it.

The reason I got on couch surfing was because I was in Madrid for three weeks alone the summer after graduating high school. It was my first time traveling and didn't really know anyone. Fortunately couch surfing helped me meet some awesome people and I had an even better time than I thought I would.

Music: Kind of all over the place, listening to a lot of french disco right now, also Turkish psychedelic rock, but also down for classic rock. Recently got into techno too and Eastern European darkwave, definitely met me know if you’re a molchat doma fan

As a host, my main thing in DC is going boxing, so can take you boxing . I also like to bike so generally down for a bike ride or a hike in Virginia or Maryland. I also love to cook so always interested in cooking a nice meal, or can recommend cool restaurants in the area.
