I try to accept all requests without hesitation or judgment. I am grateful for the times I have couch-surfed and have only had wonderful experiences!

What we can share with you:

- A safe, warm, dry place to sleep, hang out, and store your belongings. Sleeping accommodations are private bedroom and living room with sofas. You are welcome to use the kitchen, shower and do laundry.

- Bear spray!
- Bear canisters! These must be returned.

- CAR RENTALS! - Public transportation around Alaska isn’t the best or is nonexistent, and everything is pretty spread out. Outside of Anchorage, you will certainly want a car unless you are a dedicated hitch hiker, cyclist, taking the Alaska Railroad, or jumping on a flight somewhere!

We can rent cars directly to couchsurfers if it is a mutually beneficial and agreeable situation! Included with any car rental are any combination of tents, sleeping bags and pads, firewood, camping chairs, tarps and more! Just let me know what you want. Specifically we have 2014-2017 Toyota RAV4s, which have great fuel economy, handle all of Alaska with ease, and are quite spacious compared to your average car. There is even space to camp inside the car if you desire or need to. Message me for prices!
