我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

In June '18 I planned on going abroad for the first time after many years of dreaming to do so. Whilst planning the trip, I remembered reading an article about staying on locals' couches and so I googled away to find the platform. Much to my surprise there were people offering culture-exchange-overnights who sounded so interesting to meet, I changed my travel plans to go to their cities. The few nights couch surfing ended up being the highlight of my trip.

About six months later I wanted to share the CS experience with my sister, so we went on a backpack trip through some of Europe. A planned overnight CS in Slovakia ended up being a four night stay including a road trip to go ski in the Tatra mountains - once again one of the highlights.

Now I'm on CS to enrich my trip to Spain! I hope to hangout with locals in order to improve my Spanish and experience the culture.
