About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm commited to looking more inwardly and being able to share my experiences in doing so. I've done a lot of stupid things in my life and have hurt and offended friends, family, and people I've met along the way. And to those people, I sincerely apologise. I've reflected on those things and I try very hard to be a better version of myself every single fucking day of my life. I believe with mistakes, come learnings and growth. I don't see myself living an old age so I try to be positive and be really careful not to make the same mistakes again. If I die before 50, it's been great knowing you all. You've all made an impact in my life. To those who just chanced upon my profile, hope to see you in the next life. If we bump into each other, let me know if this profile made your day at least one time.
ABOUT ME
I try to see the good in people despite of all the things suggesting I shouldn't. Whilst we have the potential to be bad, the potential to be good is also there. We are so divided and we need not be. We are all connected. We are part of something bigger. We are one. I'm not perfect so I don't ever want to lose hope for humanity.
There's more to life than what it seems and we should use everything in our power to find our inner peace whilst we explore the world, the universe, the self.
I love to talk and share experiences, to discuss learnings, to argue, to joke around, to keep wondering.
At the moment, corporate slaving but all cool. Can't complain and very grateful for the gift of life. If you hug me for more than 20 seconds, we'll have that bond for life.

PHILOSOPHY
Life is more or less what you make it, how you make sense of it, how you create meaning from it, how you make it worth your while (or not) or how you come to the understanding that the only thing we have is the now. People who say it is short shouldn't make it any shorter by staying in one corner. Get out of bed and move that ass and embark on that journey. See the world and meet new people. Old friends are gold, new ones are silver. Time is an illusion. The present is most important and love is the only thing there is.
Also, there is no such thing as fish!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Tropical guy and have relocated to London about six years ago. Still exploring the city myself but perhaps I can let you in on some where-tos and the what-to-dos.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've stayed with a few hosts in my early years and I have had nothing but great moments. It's the law of attraction, innit? And really it's approaching less desirable moments in a non-reactive way. Would love to host when I can. Like hanging out with travelers and other CSers. Meet ups are always a great way to contribute to the community.
I like the idea of being hosted in your own city too. So drop me a note if you want to hang out at yours or if I can crash at yours especially after a night out. I can do without having a long journey home. London can be a very big place when you're drunk and tired.
I can host and stay with people who have 0 references. I started with none and people took a chance on me.
Interests
I love adventure. I always look out for new and exciting things. I love peoples of different cultures. I love to learn languages. Music is life. Never say no to a good cup of coffee.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies- I love suspense and sci-fi thrillers. Action-comedy. Documentaries are gems. And watching films with subs are embers.
Series- Rick and Morty, The Midnight Gospel
Music- I appreciate all sorts but leaning towards indie-exploratory. Listening to alternative rock at times and select pop songs also gets me going. Indie folk relaxes me. Post-music charms me. I have a playlist of Spanish, German and French songs at the moment. I don't use Spotify.
Books- Murakami, Grisham, Coelho, Tolle, Zusak
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Had some scorpion and insect skewers in Cambodia.
Iceland trip with CS friends chasing Aurora.
Living in the Berber village of Amizmiz.
3-day fast
Reconnected with friends during the pandemic thru old school pen and paper posting letters and waiting for yours to arrive
I have yet to do one crazy thing in England.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my time, my company and perhaps my wifi! I can show you where Cebu is on the map and teach you some words or phrases. Forget the last bit. People never end up doing it but it's good to be included.
If you see some chocolates and sweets on the table, those are usually for kids. However, Freud said we are all kids or that we should never let the child in us die. So help yourself to these.
Oh and if I like you, you can use my washer.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A hug or a glass of water upon arrival!
