Hello! I'm 27 years old and I work in the public schools as a school psychologist. I love working with the kiddos and helping teachers and other faculty impact their lives. I live with my roommates and my fur child, Knightro, a mini Australian Shepherd. I love to travel, do exciting fun things, meet people and spend time with loved ones. I believe God gave us a beautiful world to live in filled with beautiful people and I love experiencing all of it! :-)

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing because let's be honest, traveling can be EXPENSIVE! I don't believe we should have to drain our bank accounts to see different parts of the world and to experience new things. I love meeting new people and learning about the lives they have led.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
When I was 18 I spent a month backpacking through Africa. I gained a love for traveling because of the many awesome experiences I had. Africa will always hold a special place in my heart. During the Summer 2015, I had an opportunity to go back, this time not as a tourist, but as a servant with my church. I met the most beautiful people and hope to go back to Malawi someday.
What I Can Share With Hosts
What can I share? I would love to share my knowledge and experiences of the places I've been. I'm a fun laid back person who really enjoys talking and getting to know someone and I'm good at listening. I work in the public school system and do lots of assessments to determine intellectual ability, cognitive processing strengths and weaknesses and achievement levels. If that is something that interests you, I've got you covered! I'm a good person to hit the bars with as well as play board games inside with. I've very laid back and usually happy where ever the day takes me.
My Interests
I'm a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I grew up in central Florida close to Orlando so I grew up going to all the theme parks and riding the roller coasters. I usually keep an annual pass to at least one theme park so if I'm having a bad day, I can go ride some rides. It's hard to frown on a roller coaster. I have been both skydiving and bungee jumping-love it!!! I also enjoy scuba diving. I'm a bit of a nerd so learning new things that are supported by research and data is so cool and interesting to me. Last, but most importantly, I am an open-minded and nonjudgmental Christian. I feel like Christian's get such a bad rep so I have to add "nonjudgmental" unfortunately. But I love this world God gave us.
