Hey there! I'm Christina. I was born in the Philippines, spent my childhood in Indonesia, and now, have been calling Canada my home for the past twelve years.

After wrapping up university and working a number of years in the startup scene in marketing and communications, I'm now working for a fully-distributed technology company. This has given me the opportunity to pursue my love for travelling, exploring new places, trying new activities, and meeting new people.

Books - I read mostly non-fiction, though I've been trying to get back into fiction. I'm interested in economics, psychology, personal and professional development, personal finance, social and cultural commentary.

Music - Back in the day, I used to listen to lots of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Staind, Foo Fighters and Blink 182. These days, I listen to either "Epic Film Scores" or "Blogged 50" playlists

My most recent trip took me to the Middle East, which was an amazing region to explore. One of my favourite experiences was sitting around a campfire in the Jordanian desert with other travellers and our nomad hosts under a thousand stars. We were sipping tea and stayed up sharing stories.
