I am a small scale organic farmer who works half the year and travels the other half. I do a lot of work exchanges in organic farming as well as exchanges with cooking. I have been vegan for 13 years and love to cook for other people. I dont aim to convert anyone to veganism but I would love to share some of the kitchen wizardry and blow peoples minds with the endless possibilities of the plant based world.

In general I am a fairly quite person who is very clean and organized. I really enjoy spending time and sharing conversation with other people, but I am also very happy to read quietly on my own and enterain myself.

I am couchsurfing because I have been a traveller for almost half of my life now. Through travelling I became aware of the bartering/ sharing/ exchanging community. I am very interested in the ways strangers can come together to share stories, help eachother, learn from eachother, and become friends. I also think it is much more interesting to see new places via sharing space with a local- this is such an insider experience that I really thrive on.
