My name is Christine and I've just finished schooling in Australia, soon to start a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. Couchsurfing for me represents a way to meet new people across the world, and to make life long connections and friends :) music is a major passion of mine, and one of my favourite things to do is to uncover the various music scenes of all the places I visit.

Hi my name is Sarah :) I've recently finished school and I'm about to start an Arts/ Law degree at Monash University, Melbourne. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to visit many places with either my family or even my school such as the Solomon Islands, America and Vietnam. Now embarking on a new trip around Europe with my best friend, I am excited to further explore the world and meet new people. I think couch surfing is an incredible way to make new connections and friendships which I hope will last a lifetime!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Two university students who want to experience the real Europe who are looking to save as much dosh as possible! We want to experience each place we visit in a way that isn't just like typical tourists..we want to feel the vibes and problems alike of each city ☺️ and most importantly, we want to meet new people and make new connections all over the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

Christine:
I like all kinds of music, but in particular, I love jazz, soft rock and the occasional classical! MY taste in films are also quite varied, ranging from The Piano, Entre les Murs to Star Wars and Mamma Mia. Some of my favourite books are Sophie's Choice, On the Road and Anna Karenina :)

Sarah:
My taste in music is so varied I cannot label any particular genre. I will happily listen to music of any type or language however having played piano for almost my entire life, I do enjoy listening to the overlapping melodies and harmonies in songs. Again, my taste in books and films is very non-specific and broad. Some of my favourite films include the Sound of Music and the Fast and Furious whilst some of my top books are My Sister's Keeper and the Girl on the Train

We're fun, easy-going and relaxed (clean) girls who are just looking for a place to crash (sleep) and to have a good time! We don't have much of Australian cuisine to share (except Vegemite) but we are more than happy to help with dinners and anything else that needs to be done
