ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Christy. I am half-Dutch and half-Scottish. I was born in Amersfoort and grew up in Aberdeen. I lived in Manchester for one year and Edinburgh for four years, but returned to Aberdeen in 2016. I currently live in Aberdeen's beautiful West End.

I have a spare 2nd bedroom, as well as a corner sofa in the living room. There are two flights of stairs to walk up to the flat (apartment).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far, I have only been active as a Host in Edinburgh. Now, it's time to welcome surfers to Aberdeen. I would still like to go out into the world as a surfer sometime.

I've probably hosted around 50 surfers from 2012-2016.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach a wee bit of Double Bass, or share my knowledge relating to mental health, suicide prevention or Psychology. Happy to offer a listening ear, too.
