About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I would like to make a difference.

ABOUT ME

Myself: Curious, quite willing to experience new things, like to tell anecdotes with a lot of details, want to go outside of the usual trail, respectful, one simple turn on myself and get lost easily.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything we do, we do it by choice.
Every choice we make, we make it for a reason.
Whether that reason is good, bad or simply by default.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I give a bedroom for the price of a couch!
I provide free maps and ideas on many of Montréal's attractions ans activities.
I already convinced 6 people to join the CS community, as far as I know.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, more as an host.

I had my first experience as a guest in UK with my friend Suzanne (at Paul Stanley in London and Jeff Breslin in Edinburgh) on September and October 2007. It was like discovering a country by the inside.

I had also incredible experiences in India and Nepal (March 2009).

Interests

Learn and see new things and cultures. Environmental protection. Photography. Arts.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Build a small house with local people on Lombok Island in Indonesia (August and September 2006). That was my own project, not a mission. I've been there four months between August 2005 and September 2006. I bouth a land from a woman, who had lost her husband, and build a small house on it, right next to Rinjani volcano.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I offer a complete, nice and private bedroom. Comes with sheets, blankets, towels, soap and shampoo.
