I listen all kind of music, I can say I'll give a plus to latino music buy anything decent it is fine for me. I'm only reading personal development type of books, naming a few authors: Anthony Robbins, Tim Ferriss, Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie.

I ran 23km in 2 hours... twice ...but now I'm having a thought about going for 50km.
