CURRENT MISSION To learn, listen, explore and soak up the the endless secrets of the universe. To embrace life and give back to my community ABOUT ME I love sport. Tennis, rowing, surf boat rowing, soccer, cheerleading, pole dancing, running - anything really! I love the beach. Surf lifesaving at Palm Beach SLSC, surf boat rowing, ocean swims at Manly or just chilling on the beach whilst reading a book I love the great outdoors. When I am travelling I find that I am instantly drawn to the beautiful hikes or the beautiful areas to swim/snorkel. I love nothing more than an active adventure in a beautiful and exotic location!! I love to learn. Learn about new people, new places, new ideas. Couchsurfing is great for this!!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Until now I've only hosted couchsurfers - many from Germany, some from the US, UK and the Netherlands. I loved hosting and now that I am travelling I am considering using couchsurfing to meet up with locals. So exciting!!
Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Anne of Green Gables, Pippi Lockstocking and of course Harry Potter were childhood favourites. Nowdays in the spare moments that I have to read I do enjoy Joanne Harris novels (Chocolat, Blackberry Wine, Coastliners, Pale Sister Sleep), but I usually read biographies or non-fiction books or watch movies or TV episodes! Movies: Shakespeare in Love, Romeo and Juliet, Titanic, Moulin Rouge, Notebook, Like Water for Chocolate, The Pianist, Life is Beautiful, Love and Other Disasters, Chocolat, Good Will Hunting, The English Patient, V for Vendetta, Thunderstruck, 10 Things I Hate About You, Shawshank Redemption, The Inside Job, Schindler's List Music: jazz, indie rock, anything that makes me want to dance! I appreciate all forms of music and I am always open to listening to new bands and different styles of music. They are all AMAZING!! NB I will admit that I went through Britney Spears stage!!
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Soooo many things seem amazing to me! But to give a little bit of a hint about what I consider amazing here goes: *Bungee jumping in Queenstown New Zealand. *Skydiving over the Great Barrier Reef in Cairns Australia. *Canyoning and hiking in the Swiss Jungfrau region. *Cycling in Loire Valley in search of Chateuxs - getting horribly lost - stumbling on a Boulangerie in a deserted village with the KINDEST shoplady - eventually getting home at 9pm after 10hours of cycling adventures!!
