ABOUT ME

Since the student exchange I participated in while in High School to Germany, I have had the travel itch. My time studying abroad in Australia solidified my interest in seeing and experiencing places and people in other countries.

It has been 3 years since my last international trip which has been way to long. I am getting back in the saddle and striving to visit more places in the coming years. I am a non-smoker that enjoys socializing over coffee or alcoholic beverages. I look forward to meeting more CS members.

PHILOSOPHY

All college students should be required to do a semester abroad.

Never say you will never do something because it might just happen.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Prior to CS the few times I have surfed was during my time in Australia when I spent time on the floors and couches of my Aussie friends I also hosted a several travelers on my couch prior to CS coming to existence. This summer I had my first official CS experience with staying with fellow CS's in Germany, Latvia, and Estonia. All my hosts were gracious and I had a great time learning about the different cultures.

Music: I have a very diverse music interest which can be very dependent on my mood. Some common artist I listen to include Clash, Guster, Johnny Cash, Phish, Janes Addiction, Moonbabies, Andrew Bird, Bowie, !!!, Eels and many others.
