About Me

Long time Couchsurfing enthusiast. After nearly 10 years of exclusively hosting I am now looking to get my surf on. My girlfriend Lilly and I are bicycling around the world for as long as our bank accounts allow and are hoping to cook, drink, eat and (couch)surf our way around campsites and towns all over. I am a butcher and have also bartended for many years back in the USA, Lilly is a teacher. We are interested in various cultures and people and really look forward to getting to know many people from many places. Help a brother out!!

PHILOSOPHY

Work hard, love people and don't let anything stop you from doing EXACTLY what you want to do. Enjoy living your life!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had about 50+ CSers crash with me in the last 10 years and I've surfed a fair bit myself. I've had an incredible time

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't watch too much TV or movies, i love most music and most of the reading I do is informational. However, the Alchemist is a book I constantly revisit and find very grounding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2 things; Africa and all her amazing people and Russian River's Supplication.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn anything! we all have something about one another that others dont. i don think i will be teaching anyone anything special if visited. i do think a person, especially one with character enough to volunteer their time to the couchsurfing concept, is a very valuable person to meet. if not learning, then enjoying the rarity of good company and becoming more in touch with what we have and who we are make this experience well worth it.
