Hi comunity! I'm a Costa Rican traveler, fashion designer, and Airbnb host. I'll be visiting the U.S. for a little while I love connecting with kind,interesting locals during my trips.

I'm a free spirit with a curious heart. While I’m not much into partying, I do enjoy underground electronic music and dancing once in a while. I love good food, gym, music, nature, animals (especially cats!), and exploring different cultures.

I’m warm and open to sharing simple, meaningful moments a nice conversation, a home-cooked meal, or even a walk or tour around your favorite local spots. At the same time, I’m also on a bit of a personal and introspective journey, so there may be times when I need a little space to recharge or reflect.

I value mutual respect, good energy, and real human connection, even in quiet forms. As a guest, I don't drink, I’m clean, considerate, and always grateful. I also host on Airbnb, so I understand and appreciate what it means to welcome someone into your home.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

At first, I was a little nervous about using Couchsurfing because I had never tried it before but I’ve had such beautiful experiences so far.

Traveling solo is beautiful, but it can also be challenging at times especially as a woman. For me, connecting with trustworthy, kind locals is incredibly valuable. It helps me feel safe, supported, and accompanied in moments where I might otherwise feel vulnerable.

Sometimes, being alone can attract unwanted attention I’ve had some uncomfortable experiences in public, simply for standing out or being friendly. That’s why I really appreciate hosts who offer not just a place to stay, but a respectful and safe energy. It makes all the difference in how I experience a place.

Another reason I’m using Couchsurfing is because I want to improve my English and immerse myself in new cultures, not just as a tourist, but by experiencing places through the eyes of local people.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Visited Zion Park also one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever had was camping one weekend in Bridgeport, California. As night fell and the campfire faded, I stepped away from the lights and looked up — the sky felt incredibly close, full of stars and deep silence. The Milky Way was perfectly clear, stretching across the sky like a painting.

It was just me, nature, and the universe. No city lights, no distractions — just peace. That moment reminded me why I travel: to reconnect, to feel small and infinite at the same time, and to witness the quiet beauty that’s always there when we pause to see it
