Hello! My name is Cody, and I am currently based in La Ciotat, France. I’ve just completed my master’s degree and am now taking a well-deserved gap year to embark on a world tour, something I’ve been dreaming of for a long time!

I’m mostly hitchhiking during this trip, as I find it’s the best way to dive in spontaneous adventures and meet fascinating people along the way. The unpredictability is all part of the fun 😁

Unfortunately I only recently discovered Couchsurfing and couldn't host at that time, I therefore never hosted anyone yet. I promise I'll do my best to become a great host when I come back from this trip!

As a guest, I aim to make our experience enjoyable for both of us. I’m tidy, don't ask for much, and even carry my own sleeping bag with a nice inflatable mattress! I’m more than happy to help out with cooking, cleaning, or any other tasks around the house.
