Yoga, martial arts, piano, writing... What interests me most in this life is enlightening the mind, body and spirit. Living in harmony and inspiring others to do the same!

Music, Movies, and Books

I play a little classical piano, I don’t trust a God that doesn’t dance 🤣, I used to read 1-3 books weekly but now I write… and I absolutely love good movies, however I will talk and critique bad movies while I’m watching them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My first trip backpacking across Europe when I was 18 was one of the most eye-opening experiences of my life. 10 countries in 5 weeks. I won't ever forget it!
