Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING We have a couch and are free to host. I have surfed a lot in the past and thought it was great fun and met lots of people. Now I want to fulfil the other end of the bargain and have people surf and show as many people as possible why I love this city. I share a flat with two other guys, one of which has a CS profile: http://www.couchsurfing.org/people/tom.heggarty/ so check him out too, he's a huge lad. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Couchsurfing is such a fantastic way to see and immerse youself in a culture that you would otherwise pass by on a typical backpacking getaway. My friend Gareth and I Couchsurfed for a week in Poland and thoroughly enjoyed it. I definately plan to have another Couchsurfing experience in the near future.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
-Jumped out of a plane -Seen the Northern Lights -Scuba dived with turtles -Camped under the stars in the outback -Climbed the highest mountain in Bolivia and got really bad altitude sickness -Road tripped round Pacific Coast USA
My Interests
* Travel and adventure (why else would I be on this site) * Medicine - it will be my career, I have to show at least some interest * Music - I like most genres. Although I'm not very musical. Maybe one day!
